After BCC was beaten 2-1 in a friendly match on September 13, the return match took place on Saturday October 18 and BCC was still beaten 2-1 by Bonduma Boys.
It was was such an exciting moment for us to build relationships with these boys and to pray and and play with them
On Sunday September 28, 2008 4 disciples of Jesus were baptized.
It was a wonderful time as we had to hire a taxi all tthe way to the Bokova watters that are much deeper than thte Ndongo waters where we have done Baptism in the past.
We are planning to build the Ndongo stream in a way that will ease collection of water for home useand also be used for things like baptism.
It is worth noting that the Ndongo stream is so importtant to the people of Buea because when piped water is gone (and tthat happens very oftten) everyone depends on Ndongo.
On Sunday August 24, 2008, BCC baptized 5 adults and broke bread that same Sunday. The presence and Joy of the Lord was so incredible during that service.

On Saturday August 30, 2008, BCC auditorium was jammed with people who had come to witness the first ever graduation of 30 student-disciples from our School of Discipleship (SOD).
Church in Buea are using SOD to train disciples reproducing disciples as that is the main focus of the school.
Paul says in 2Ti 2:2: “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” (KJV).
We believe the big problem with the Church of Jesus Christ today is a lot of barren Christian who do not reproduce themselves in other. Our prayer is that all who attend the school will catch the reproduction syndrome!

On Friday August 29, 2008, BCC experienced her very first SUMMIT! What an evening it was.
The power and presence of God was so mighty the people did not want to leave the hall. People just wanted to continue in God’s presence.

Soon after the Church launch on August 17, 2008 we started a School Of Discipleship at the Church that is turning out to be a real opportunity for change and divine contact with Gd for many.
Since the beginning of the first class taught by Julius Esunge of the USA, the classes have been growing in strength the Lord’s anointing and numbers daily.

The launching of Buea Community Church (BCC) yesterday Sunday August 17, 2008 was a wonderful success. Despite a heavy downpour of rain, the church auditorium was jam-packed with close to 200 people who had come to witness the goodness, mercy and love of God.
Pastor Jack Groblewski, our guest speaker from the USA speaking on the subject “The disposition to honour” (Psalms 50), was moved by the Holy Ghost to prophesy that through acts of honour, the Lord will use BCC to influence and change the spiritual, and socio-economic life of the people of Buea and beyond. He spoke prophetically over the congregation and over each of the 7 the core leaders of BCC. We are looking forward to higher heights after the laying on of this apostolic foundation for BCC.
Julius Esunge taking over from another angle emphasized that the best way to honour the Lord is to offer him our lives, to which dozens made decisions to follow Jesus Christ.
The ceremony was so serious that one of the leading local newspapers – The Post – was present to cover the ceremony for their newspaper. A local radio that cover 7 of our 10 provinces had earlier also reported on the Church launch. God is moving in Buea in a new way.
